About Me

My name is Scott Leighford and I’m a thirty year old graphic artist. Aside from my regular work I also spend a lot of time online. I have several blogs and websites that I maintain. Unlike others however, I don’t see my websites as venues for making money. I just see it as a means that for giving out information to a lot of people out there. That is my main aim by the way; I want to empower people with information that is within their reach. I have not always been like this. In fact a couple of years ago I hated most forms of technological innovations. I just felt that they were really not necessary anymore.

I was happy with my own low tech world but then I had an experience that made me change my mind. I got bypassed for a promotion at work. The reason why I was bypassed even though I was more experience was because I lacked any background in computers and the new technology relating to it. That opened my eyes to the fact that I have to catch up. And catch up I did. I stared to learn all about computers, the Internet and stuff like that.

Now just to show how well informed I am about technology, one of the blogs that I maintain is all about mobile phones. If there is a device that has made us more connected than ever before then it has to be the cellular phone. I try to write on subjects that are related to mobile phones and the services related to it. I hope that the information that I provide can be useful to a lot of people. That is the aim that I have for all of my blogs and the articles that I put in them.
